Ensure all material is consistent and aligned with training and development guidelines. Analyze training needs, timelines and deliverables. Responsibilities: Develop new, and revise and maintain existing training curriculum and documents utilizing performance based objectives in support of company business needs and initiatives. Approve material developed outside of Associate Education Development team for consistency and alignment with legally approved creative checklist and training and development guidelines. Perform needs analysis to determine training needs, timelines, deliverables and methodologies, i.e. Instructor-led, Web-based, pod-casts, etc., which may result in the creation of a project plan. Serve as resource on department and company project teams. Designs learning evaluation tools lending to the analysis of training effectiveness and return on investment. Perform train the trainer sessions for transition of curriculum for delivery.
